18 Uses Of Unrefined Sea Salt For Common Ailments

 

1. Adrenal Exhaustion: It is commonplace in our busy society. Refined salt contains large amounts of sodium. This large amount of sodium, coupled with a lack of minerals, results in an imbalance between sodium and the other minerals. The end result is adrenal exhaustion. Adequate unrefined salt intake is vitally important to restoring and maintaining optimal adrenal gland function.

 

2. Allergic Rhinitis (runny nose): Mix 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined salt with 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in 8 oz of pure water and use as a nasal spray.
