Chocolate Pudding Popsicle

chocolate pudding popsicle

Chocolate pudding popsicle is a safe alternative to store-bought sugar and preservative-laden, artificially colored popsicle.

Rich, chocolaty, perfectly sweet…these are a healthy treat with the good fat from avocado that taste very good! Kids approved!

Super easy to make in 5 minutes!

by Oatmeal with a fork

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ cup milk (cow’s, coconut, almond…) water works too

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Process all the ingredients using a handheld blender until very smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid (4-6 hours). I got 4 pudding pops, but it will depend on how big your molds are.

I use the stainless steel popsicle molds. They are made of high quality 18/8 stainless steel, silicone, and wood popsicle sticks.

They are a safe alternative to plastic molds. Unlike plastic, stainless steel does NOT leech toxic chemicals into your homemade popsicle.

I have also made orange juice popsicle and healthy homemade vanilla ice cream using the stainless steel molds and Homemade Orange Juice Popsicles.
