Heal A Cold Sore (Fever Blister) Naturally And Faster
Cold sores are caused by Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 (HSV-1).
This virus is passed from person to person by saliva or by skin contact. Cold sores usually appear as clusters of tiny blisters on the lip.
There is no known cure once a person has become infected but it is possible to control symptoms. Strong immune system is the best defense against outbreaks which last from 1-2 weeks.
There are two effective natural remedies that help reduce the severity and speed up the healing of cold sores:
attacks the virus in the blister stage and immediately works to
start shrinking the blister without it actually opening up and draining.
Tea tree oil
is antibacterial, antifungal and helps dry out the cold sore.
COLD SORE REMEDY
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
5-10 drops of tea tree oil
Mix it together.
Dip a cotton swab in the mixture, and apply directly to the cold sore.
Store the remaining mixture in a glass container, and reapply several times a day until the sore is gone.
Dabbing coconut oil on cold sore can help speed up healing time, alleviate pain and reduce the risk of scarring or discoloration.
Note: It is important to begin this treatment at the first tingling sensation. You will have far greater success if you catch it as early as possible.
