SOLE Himalayan Salt Water – Never Buy Minerals Again!

 

Have you ever heard of Sole water? If not, that’s okay — lots of people probably have not — but you can learn about this amazing, 100% natural drink.

What Is SOLE?

 

When water and unrefined salt are combined, they form a new dimension, Sole (pronounced So-lay). Positive ions in the salt surround the negative ions of the water molecules and vice versa. This creates a new structure that has an electrical charge, which is easily absorbed by the body. Once ingested, the electrical charge in the solution works with the body to send electrical signals between cells and assist the kidneys in maintaining fluid balances.

SOLE = A fully saturated solution of water and salt. The water becomes saturated with salt when the water can no longer dissolve more salt. At this point, the salt crystals remain undissolved on the bottom of the jar, indicating that the solution has reached it’s saturation limit. The water is now fully saturated with salt.

 

Two of the most common unrefined, natural salts used to make Sole are Grey Atlantic Sea Salt (Celtic Sea Salt)harvested off the shores of France and Himalayan pink salt harvested from the heart of the Himalayan Mountains.

They both supplies all of the 84 minerals and trace elements found in your body. (Unrefined salts naturally does not supply sufficient amount of iodide, a necessary nutrient, which should be obtained from other sources). How To Make SOLE Himalayan Salt Water

 

Fill a 16-ounce glass jar a quarter of the way with Himalayan salt or unprocessed, natural sea salt and fill with filtered water.

Cover the solution with a plastic (not metal) storage cap and give it a good shake.

Allow to sit overnight.

Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture and mix it into a 8 oz. glass of filtered water (this can be warm water).

Drink first thing in the morning.

There should always be undissolved salt crystals on the bottom of the jar. This is your visual proof that the water is totally saturated with salt.

Store covered on a counter. Sole will keep forever! Salt is a natural anti-bacterial and natural fungicide. It simply cannot spoil or go bad.

You should never have to buy minerals again unless you run out of salt!

 

NOTE:  It is important to avoid using metal whenever possible when making and using Sole as this de-ionizes the salt. It is best to use a plastic cap for a mason jar and a wooden spoon for daily dosing.

CAUTION! Never add a teaspoon of salt to a glass of water thinking that you’re taking Sole. You are not. Sole is something completely different. One teaspoon of Sole contains only 478 mg of Sodium. That’s equivalent to 20% of the USDA’s recommended daily maximum of 2,500 mg. Whereas 1 teaspoon of salt contains about 2,300 mg of sodium. Adding salt to water has neither the effects nor the benefits of adding Sole to water.

        I believe so. It’s hard water but when I had it checked it “passed” it tastes really good, and we do filter some of the hardest out as it’s coming into the house.

    This is making me retain water. I did 2 days using 1/2 teaspoon and it seemed ok. Yesterday I used a full teaspoon and I woke up with my hands very puffy. I noticed yesterday I was not urinating as much. I used 1 full teaspoon again today to see if it will correct.

    I used Hmalayan salt–the big chunks.

    I really would like this to work for me. Any ideas.

    I accidentally used a metal spoon in my soul just once then I remembered. Did I ruin it completely and have to make it over again or is it still okay since it was just once?

    I drink a glass of filtered water with 1T of ACV in the am. Can I add this to the same glass of water or do I need to drink this seperate?

    I did the same thing as another poster, used a metal spoon to get it out of the jar. Have I ruined it and need to start all over again? Do I have to discard the whole thing, even the chunks of salt on bottom of jar that aren’t dissolved?

      WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO AVOID USING METAL UTENSILS OR A METAL LID?

      The reason for [not using metal lids/utensils with sole] is that salt when mixed with water can (and will) oxidize metals. It is the same reason that salt on the roads will rust your car. Dry salt can sit on dry metal without it causing a chemical reaction – however when you add water to the equation everything changes and the chemical and physical reactions start to take place. When this happens it can release other metals and chemicals into the salt water as the metal lid (or metal spoon) starts to corrode. Even if they are stainless steel or other non-corrosive metals that won’t rust in theory, they can still react to the salt water.

      Now that said, using a metal spoon to scoop water out probably won’t be in contact with the salt water to start the reaction, so I would not worry too much about that few seconds. But leaving the metal spoon in the salt water, or using metal canning jar lid that is in contact with the salt water for longer periods really increases the potential of having oxidization and corrosion issues by drawing chemicals/metals/elements out of the metal and into the water.

    Is this similar to using Kangan (Enagic) water? The solution we use to make the water at 9.5 alkaline is sea salt, so it’s essentially doing the same thing? We have a machine, but would like to do this in addition to drinks by Jangan throughout the day if beneficial.
