Chocolate Cake – Brownies (Grain and Gluten Free).

 

Fast, easy, and so chocolatey. This is a dense and rich cross between a chocolate brownie and a chocolate cake. It is moist and has a gooey texture.

 

Chocolate Cake – Brownies (Grain and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup raw unsweetened cacao powder

1/2 cup maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour into a parchment paper lined 8 x 4 loaf pan.

Bake for 35 minutes.

The center will appear to be uncooked but after cooling for a few hours (or in the fridge) it will settle and be more firm.
