Smoothie – Blueberry Banana Almond Butter


Smoothie with blueberry, banana and almond butter is a quick and easy recipe, using only 4 ingredients. It’s perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack. The almond butter and banana make it creamy. It’s satisfying, nutritious and delicious.


Makes 2 servings

1 banana

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut) or water

2-3 Tablespoons of almond butter


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I prefer to use an immersion blender for this smoothie.
