Clove Ginger Orange Tea Recipe
Clove, ginger and orange tea recipe will work to help with a sore throat, warm up and provide relief from the first symptoms of a cold.
Tea with cloves and ginger has an antiseptic and anesthetic effect which support the immune system and can help fight headaches.
Cloves and ginger give the tea a spicy flavor, which can be enhanced with a slice of orange.

Clove, Ginger And Orange Tea Recipe
Nothing warms you up as well when it’s raining or freezing outside the window as a mug of warm spiced tea.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of your favorite black tea
6 cloves
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 slice of orange
honey to taste
Pour 200 ml of hot water over a teaspoon of tea along with the cloves and set aside to brew for 7 minutes under cover. After brewing, separate the infusion from the grounds and add ginger, orange and honey.
Honey is added to the drink at a temperature not higher than 40 degrees Celsius.
You can get an interesting flavor by also adding cinnamon or lemon. Since cloves are quite an intense spice, they are composed almost exclusively with black teas.
