HOMEMADE ORANGE JUICE POPSICLES
Homemade Orange Juice Popsicles
I’ve found a way to make easy and healthy homemade orange juice popsicles using just one ingredient – fruit juice!
You can pretty much use any fruit juice you like: berry, peach, mango or watermelon. They are great to enjoy as a refreshing treat in the heat.
To make orange juice popsicles all you need is a freshly squeezed pulp free orange juice, and the popsicle molds, which you can wash and re-use all summer long.

To squeeze a lot of oranges I use this kind of juicer and I am very happy with it, but for squeezing just two or three oranges I prefer to use a hand juicer.
You can pour orange juice directly into the molds leaving a small gap at the top. Put on the lids and then place the molds straight into the freezer.
Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, until the ice pops are completely solid.
It really is that simple.
I like to use these set of popsicle molds made of food-grade silicone. It’s super easy to pull frozen popsicles out of the molds without having to thaw them unlike steel or plastic molds. The best part is that the lid is connected so it doesn’t get misplaced from the popsicle mold. Bonus is that they are dishwasher safe. The kids love these and so do I.
